THE PROJECT

One of the most elegant and unique venues in St. Petersburg needed a system of collateral materials to simplify and beautify the engagement process with prospects.

As an event planner myself I know how daunting it can be to wrap your head (and your notebook) around all the elements of a truly amazing event. I decided to create a custom folder that could house all of the necessary marketing materials, while also serving as a functional piece for clients to use as they plan their event.

The folder houses two business cards, five post cards, pricing sheet and a 16-page booklet showcasing the exquisite venue, past events, testimonials, preferred vendors and company profile.

It also has a picture of their Big Ass Fan.
