Illustrate complex product features and capabilities with hand-drawn sketches for company website and product brochures.

We wracked our brains on how to represent heavy, complex features of a product that was in the process of getting a nice, gleaming new interface. Unable to use screenshots without making the experience drab and boring, we decided to attempt hand-drawn sketches using graphite and abstract storytelling.

In total there were 16 product feature sketches that highlighted various capabilities of the K2 platform. Each unique, with a different story and some even with characters modeled after Mad Men; because who doesn’t look good in a skinny tie and nice suit?
